    The Agency License is for businesses, agencies, and teams needing broader commercial usage rights.

    ✅ Allowed:
    • Use in commercial projects, advertisements, and unlimited client work.
    • Incorporate mockups into end products for sale, such as design templates, printed merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, posters), and digital assets, **as long as the mockups are not provided as standalone files.**
    • Modify mockups as needed for commercial purposes.
    🚫 Not Allowed:
    • Resell or distribute mockups as standalone files in any format (PSD, Figma, etc.).
    • Sub-license mockups to third parties.
  • Free Product License
    Our Free License is designed for personal, non-commercial, or limited commercial use. By purchasing and using our Mockups under this license, you agree to the following terms:
    Usage: You are allowed to use our Mockups for personal projects, presentations, and limited commercial purposes.
    Distribution: You may not distribute the Mockups in their original formats (Such as PSD, Figma, Sketch etc) or as standalone products. They are intended for incorporation into your own designs.
    Modifications: Feel free to modify the Mockups to fit your project's requirements, within the terms of the license.
    Limitations: Please respect any limitations on the number of reproductions or displays specified for each mockup.
  • Usage Guidelines
    While our licenses provide flexibility, certain uses are not permitted:
    • Creating a pattern generator based on our Mockups: Generating patterns from our Mockups and offering them as standalone products is not allowed.
    • Modifying Mockups and reselling them: Modifying our Mockups and reselling them as individual items is prohibited.
    • Using our Mockups to generate code and then selling it: You may not use our Mockups to create code for sale as a product.
    • Including our Mockups in frameworks or themes for sale: Integrating our Mockups into frameworks or themes intended for sale is not allowed.
    • Selling websites with showcased Mockups: Selling websites, either individually or on marketplaces or on stock and microstock websites with our Mockups purely for display purposes to potential buyers is prohibited.
    • Usage in AI models: Our Mockups cannot be used as part of AI models, training data, or any AI-related applications.
  • Modification and Distribution
    Upon modifying our Mockups by replacing the sample design with your custom content and saving the mockup as a flattened graphic file, you are granted permission to distribute it in this transformed state. The resulting flattened file can be shared with clients, utilized within portfolios, incorporated into television and press advertising, featured on websites and online stores, and shared across various social media platforms and other mediums.
  • Third-Party Products
    Mockupia may use images and names of third-party products within its Mockups. Intellectual property rights for these products, including registered trademarks, belong to their respective owners. Mockupia is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, or endorsed by these product owners.

    By accessing these Mockups, you agree to obtain all necessary permissions from the underlying rights holders and/or adhere to any applicable brand use guidelines.   • Other Conditions
