Refund Policy
At Mockupia, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you encounter any issues with Mockupia products or believe they are defective, please reach out to us via our Live Chat or Support Page. Our support team will require documentation of the issue (e.g., screenshots or links) to assist you effectively.
We offer full or partial refunds within 14 days starting from the moment the payment is made. In such cases, Mockupia reserves the right to ask for further clarification, and we also retain the right to deny a refund if we find the request to be unreasonable.
Refunds will be offered for Mockupia products if:
- The Mockupia product(s) is completely non-functional.
- You contacted our Support Desk about an issue, but didn’t receive a response within 72 hours (business days only).
- The Mockupia product description was fully misleading.
If any of these situations apply, you may request a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:
- You changed your mind about the purchase.
- You bought the product by mistake and access was already sent to you.
- The product was purchased by someone else (e.g., your employee or another individual) using your payment method, which they were authorized to use.
- You refused to provide our support team with access to your project or files for troubleshooting.
- It’s been more than 14 days since your purchase, and you haven’t contacted Mockupia support with a valid issue.
- We don’t offer refunds for products bought at a discounted price (e.g., promotions or special offers).
- No refunds will be issued during a discount campaign or promotion. Refund requests will be evaluated once the discount period ends.
- Renewals or upgrades are not eligible for refunds.
Additional Notes:
- You may cancel your account at any time, but no refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
- If you receive a refund, you will no longer have access to any Mockupia products or assets, and all previously downloaded files must be removed from your projects.
- Refunds may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
